My experience is centered in the fast-paced SaaS B2B2C industry, where I balance the needs of businesses with the intuitive experience end-users demand.
My most recent work sits in one specific area: designing AI agents that automate what they do well, and hand off to a human — clearly, and without friction — when they shouldn’t. I focus on efficient HITL (Human-in-the-Loop) experiences that maximize users’ time-to-value.
I build trust and confidence in agents by letting people see what they’re doing and step in where it counts. So I design for both paths: the one the agent runs, and the one a human takes over.
